what your dreams mean

Capture your dreams, give them your attention, and they’ll open your eyes!

Hi!  I’m Dream Specialist Leah Bolen — here to help you make the most of your sleep & dreams.

You’ve no doubt heard… sleep is not a luxury, but the essential elixir for a healthy body and mind.  Clocking your Zzz’s is vital for your brain & heart health, blood sugar, immune system, and weight control. Recent research has even found that your brain flushes away toxins while you sleep!

And then there’s your dreams — the most exciting part of slumber.  For it’s dreamtime that’s been shown to increase your ability to learn, grow, and thrive in life.    And it’s dreaming that’s the key for regulating emotions, improving memory, learning, performance, and creative problem solving.

It’s amazing what you can do in your sleep!

I’ve always been a self-help kind of gal, reading everything I could on how to create a better life.  I love to learn about who I am, what I want, and how to get it.  And what I’ve found to be true is:

The best self-help solutions come through our dreams.

At every twist and turn of your life, your dreams are along for the ride and have your back.  As far as they’re concerned, you’re the center of the universe; they’re wholly about you — your desires, your concerns, your safety, and your success.  Freed from the boundaries of your beliefs, dreams play with ideas and put solutions together in the most creative and brilliant ways.

Treat your sleep as sacred and honor your dreams.

Do this and you’ll feel a whole lot better — more balanced, confident, and energized.  And you’ll discover your dreams are working on your behalf, to help you succeed in your waking life.  Pay attention to your dreams and they’ll reward you with awareness, inspiration, and insights.

Struggling to sleep?  Then, this is your first place to start.  Quality sleep is just as important as eating right and exercise.   Your sleep forms the foundation of your overall wellbeing, and without it the body and mind suffer.  As a certified sleep coach, I can help you improve your approach to sleep.  We’ll work together to pinpoint what’s causing your restless nights, then design a personalized plan to meet your sleep needs.  Healthy sleep is Natural sleep, and that’s what we’ll aim for you to achieve.

With healthy sleep, you’ll get plenty of REM cycles — the dream-fortified phase of sleep.  Most go forgotten, but remembered or not, your dreams support your ability to succeed and thrive.

Give your committee of sleep  the time it needs to do it’s job, and you’ll experience improvements in how you feel, function, and strategize.

Want to turbo-charge your dream powers?
